![]() Then he stated something like 'based on the oil containers they have they would not have known how much oil they put in the car'. He then stated that I have an oil pan leak (to my knowledge he did not speak to the worker under my car again, so how did he know whether or not my oil pan had a leak). I then said can I have something, at least a free oil change? He said 'We can do that". He didn't say anything in answer to my request. ![]() I told him that I would like my money back. He asked what he could do to make this right. He reviewed my receipt and the information in the computer, then he stated that I wasn't supposed to put that much oil in the car. We then stepped over to the computer and I handed him my receipt from March 13, 2021. He then told a worker to drain 2 quarts of oil out. I showed him the liter of oil I had that I poured the oil out of, and he stated that it was 3 quarts in my car. He then verified who I was then the next thing he did was check the dipstick, and ask again how much oil I put in the car. He had me pull into the bay and pop the hood. I went to Jiffy Lube and spoke to Mike again. He then told me to come in to Jiffy Lube and he would take care of it. I told him the approximate amount I thought I put in was 2 quarts. I informed him of the issue and he asked how much oil I put in the car. I asked for a manager and the person who answered the phone was Mike, who then stated he was the manager. I then added some oil and called Jiffy Lube. When I got home I checked my oil level manually and there was no oil on the stick. On ApI noticed my 'Change Oil Soon' light come on. ![]() I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on March 13, 2021.
